Ohio’s historic schools are being lost at an extremely alarming rate. Since the year 2000, over 100 rural and community centered schools have been demolished, while others are abandoned.

While not all facilities are candidates for continued educational use, many schools could be remodeled and upgraded to provide a 21st century education.
